I first met Chef Imi about 3 years ago when I hired him to do my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Shortly after that dinner my daughter started working with him as an intern. It was her ultimate goal to become a pastry chef.
The thing at the time that impressed me so much about Chef Imre was he knew my budget and was very creative in making a fabulous full 4 course meal for 20 that was so delicious we still talk about it today!
Since then I have hired him to do every event I have held here in St. George, UT. He has catered my Stone Cliff Black Tie, Women’s Council of Realtors Meetings and Events, and several others.
Just recently Chef Imre started his new restaurant, Aragosta.
The restaurant is a little small, but cozy. It is perfect for the type of food and style the chef enjoys. The space sits 30 people max. You can see the chef and his sou chef in the kitchen fixing your meal. It is delivered quickly with a visit from the chef himself. He enjoys a personal touch in every thing he does. He knows the true meaning of relationships.
I was recently able to go to a night out with my husband and we chose to eat at Aragosta. I made reservations because it was important to make sure we had a table. We had a unique request, we asked him to stay open after closing hours to accommodate our schedule. He gladly did so and served the best food EVER!
When we arrived our table was already set up!

We shared dessert!
